Rail travel can look simple until a traveler needs to compare cities, dates, connection points, ticket conditions and change rules. PlanMyRoutez is designed for people who would rather work through those details with assistance than handle every step alone.

Our role is to help structure the travel request, explain the information presented with a proposed option, and assist with reservation-related questions. We do not operate trains, control schedules, own station infrastructure or make carrier refund decisions.

How our service works

A traveler can call us or submit a route request online. We use the information provided to understand the requested journey. If a travel option is presented, the traveler should review the itinerary, total amount, ticket conditions and any separate agency service fee before authorizing payment.
